Residents may use water for essential needs, such as drinking, cooking and bathing. Officials are requesting residents also stop washing cars, trucks and boats and draining and re-filling pools. This short-term action will help relieve the demand on the RCH water system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your cooperation in this urgent matter.
