Our Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7:00pm at 291 Partridge Drive (next to Packer Park), in the backyard of the Nall’s. Registration begins at 6:30pm. B.Y.O.C. (Bring your own chair to be comfortable; limited seating provided, approx. 25.)
The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors and ARC Members as well as present the FY2021 annual reports. Members may also cast votes on other matters including submitted proposals to amend the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), Bylaws, Special Assessments, etc. A Proposed Agenda will be emailed to Homeowners six (6) days before the meeting and will be updated on our website, www.quailcreekrockwall.org.
We encourage all Homeowners to attend this important meeting. We will review the outcome of the Ballot Initiative, if available, and discuss the status of our streets. An estimate to expand the border and rubber mulch at the park, which was a motion from the floor at last year’s Annual Meeting, will also be presented for member consideration.
It is very important to complete a Proxy form if you cannot attend. A quorum of 35 members, present in person or by proxy, is required to be able to conduct business. If plans change and you’re able to attend, the proxy can be returned to you. The Proxy extends your voting rights to the holder. It can be given to the President (by placing it in the box at the front of the neighborhood, for example) or be given to a neighbor who is attending.
